Sam is originally from Moncton, NB. He graduated from l’Université de Moncton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020. While completing his studies he volunteered as student therapist, working for the varsity track & field team and men’s varsity hockey team. Later he completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2022. Sam places a high importance on lifelong learning and staying current with the latest advancements in the physiotherapy profession. He is currently furthering his education in manual therapy by completing his orthopaedic levels through the Canadian Orthopaedic Division.
His treatment approach mainly involves manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education. He values creating meaningful relationships and aims to work collaboratively with his clients to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and enables them to resume the activity they enjoy. He is passionate about helping people to maximize the most out of their bodies and live pain free.

Kate is from beautiful Bayside, N.B and has lived in the Saint John area for five years. A graduate of Dalhousie University’s School of Physiotherapy, Kate holds two degrees - a BSc. Kinesiology and a MSc. Physiotherapy. Known for her passion and authenticity, she brings an abundance of knowledge, experience, and commitment to the treatment table.
Since graduating, she has practiced in a variety of settings and is busy every year completing post-graduate training to incorporate the latest evidence-based treatment models. These courses include advanced training in neck, lower back and pelvic dysfunction, concussion/post concussion-syndrome, vestibular rehabilitation, persistent pain presentations, and female urinary incontinence. With almost 10 years of practice coupled with her education and training, Kate is equipped to confidently deliver safe and effective treatment along with superior client care.
Outside of her practice, Kate is heavily involved in the boxing world at KV Golden Gloves. She holds a first level Boxing Coach Certificate and recently implemented the “Fight Back” program for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease. Here she challenges the class to reach their potential while learning real boxing skills. Similarly, you can find Kate coaching the Kings Way Care Centre residents every other Thursday morning!
Along with boxing, Kate is devoted to hockey, playing from a young age and eventually becoming a captain on the Dalhousie Varsity Women’s Hockey Team. At the highlight of her career she assisted the team in reaching national level status at the Canadian Inter-Univeristy Sport Championships. She now plays year-round for exercise and fun!

John graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biology and Psychology in 2000. During his time at UNBSJ, John served as President of both the Student Union and Health Sciences Society, and was awarded UNB’s Leadership Award. He then graduated in 2006 from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, and earned Dalhousie’s Excellence in Leadership award, and was appointed class Valedictorian.
Since graduating from Dalhousie, he has been busy practicing in various private practices, and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), Graston Technique, Advanced low back pain management, advanced manual therapy methods, Mckenzie method, taping techniques, and performance exercise prescription. John also has training in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. From his experience working at the Moncton Hospital for four years (2006-2010), John has treated numerous post-surgical, orthopaedic, neuro rehabilitation, and geriatric patients. John is experienced with post-operative protocols and rehabilitation programs.
John is also experienced in post motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, work-related injury physiotherapy, and sports injury management. John has spent extensive time working closely as Team Physiotherapist over 14 years with over twenty-five sports teams in Moncton, and has provided sport physiotherapy coverage at the provincial, national and international levels at events like the World Junior Track & Field meets, National Speed Skating competitions, and the Canada Games. John is the previous Lead Team Physiotherapist for the Moncton Magic, Moncton Mustangs, and Harrison Trimble Trojans Football Team.
John has served as a board member of the New Brunswick Physiotherapy Association, and as Co-Chair of the New Brunswick Orthopaedic Association for Physiotherapy. In 2010, he was awarded New Brunswick’s Young Leadership Award for his efforts in the community, and educational advancement in the field of Physiotherapy.
