As a primary caregiver, a physiotherapist can assess, diagnose, and treat your injury through a combination of methods that may include: manual therapy; exercise prescription; acupuncture; modalities such as shockwave therapy, interferential current, neuromuscular stimulation, ultrasound, laser and heat; and various other methods. Education plays an important role in our style of physiotherapy. The goal of physiotherapy is to return you to your optimal function and strength, while educating you about your injury. This allows you to independently maintain a healthy body without the constant supervision of a therapist.


Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health.
